Lindsey: Over the last five years I have been on quite a journey. I had three kids within three years. To say the least, my body had taken a toll. I finally decided it was time to start focusing on me and my health a little bit. I need to be healthy to be able to keep up with my three small children. I value my health. I know that my quality of life is magnified when I am healthy. I feel that my body is a gift given to me and that I need to take care of it. This blog will track my journey as I strive to stay in good health physically and emotionally.
